VPN cannot aquire network address…

Hello,

Okay, here’s the problem. My wife downloaded vpn software from her university. First, the vpn adapter is always set to disabled. When I enable it and attempt to connect, it can’t aquire the network address. If I disable my other LAN (zoomtown), vpn fails to connect giving a 429 error code. What to do?
