I have installed windows 2000 RRAS for VPN SERVER. I have put a registered IP address in the RRAS Configuration.
I have made a vpn dailup connection to connect to win2k vpn server and I have put the registered the ip address (registerd) in the host name field. I check my client configurations from web. Its allright. But when click to connect it shows an error after dialing

“dialup networking was unable to complete the connection ”
The remote computer didnot respond didnot respond within a resonable amount of time.If you specified an IP Address directly please check it. If connecting over a modem please make sure the modem connection is already running and then try again”
When i put that client to lan of server, vpn dialup connects but it doesnt connect through dailup.
whats might the wrong????
