VPN Client Blocking Internet connection

I am using Nokia VPN client to connect to my work network. Its work great with any conncetion DSL,cable,Dial-up conncetion
resently its work great with brodband card I got from Verizon AC595U is I use this card for while untill several month ago ..Evry time I start vpn client it will kill brodband connection ..i already call several times Verizon and Nokia ..Nokia stop supporting our VPN and Verizon has no idea whats wrong ..Can somebody help me ..I paying 60 dollars a month for brodband service which not working as I need and I cant really cancel becouse I have contract ..Please help
