I have a VPN client (version 5.0) running on Windows XP of which was working just fine. Now when the user starts the VPN client it automatically reduces down to the task bar. The icon reads “Cisco-Disconnected”. When this happens the program cannot be maximized and can only be closed.
The client has been uninstalled/re-installed with no luck. The computer has full network connectivity as the netowrk department has checked this. Also, the windows firewall is turned off.
Any ideas?
