VPN Configuration (client static IP)

Im working on win2k3 sbs & Iv configured a VPN server. everything is working fine when I connect clients using a dynamic IP but when I use a static address it doesn’t want to register the client… and yes I did configure the server to accept static & also added the IP on static routing protocol. please help anyone
