VPN Connection connects both Application doesn’t respond

When I connect directly to my ISP connection, VPN connection is secured. I can RDP into servers etc.., If, I plug in a Linksys wrt54g v2.2 and or D-link D615 wireless router I can surf the internet, connect to my VPN session, but can’t RDP into any servers.

I’m runniing Win Xp Pro, Cisco VPN Client 4.7.00533.(I even ran a firmware upgrade on the LinkSys router to ver4.0. The Dlink router is new.

I talked to our Data Engineer and he said that all ports are open coming in and going out of the VPN connection.

HELP!!!!
