VPN Connectivity

HI

I have a small setup where I have a Windows Small business server in a domain. Now I want remote users from Public, to access this machine securely and login to my domain.

When they login to my domain, I want them to get their mapped directory also.

Can anyone please suggest me what are the requirements?

Can the same server act as VPN also?
