VPN Disconnecting issue in network connecting through ADSL modem

Hi,
We have a network of around 50 people,all are connected to domain environment and using internet thru ADSL modem of Airtel.We are using Check Point VPN Software, Its working fine in starting but it disconnect continuesly after that.
Can anybody have any idea of this.
Plz……give response
