My company uses Cisco VPN v4.0.4. for our users in the US. I have also installed it on two reps based in Canada. They are unable to connect to our network resources, but they are authenticating to our domain. I was able to remotely connect on their PC’s. However, i was unable to connect to our exchange server, portal, or access any of our network drives.
Has anyone come across this issue? I wonder if it is an issue locally on the user’s routers or ISP but normally they would not connect if that were the case.
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
