VPN IP Address Pool

I am trying to setup a VPN.

If your internal network is 192.168.0.0/16 and the DHCP only handle IP from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.255, what will you use for the VPN Address pool?

Will you use 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.255 (mask 255.255.255.0) or 192.200.0.1 to 192.200.0.255 (mask 255.255.255.0)?
