VPN name is not resolving to IP address

I had a power outage at my NY data center. Everything is working correctly except when clients go to connect to our concentrator, if they are using the name(i.e. vpn.joeblow.com) it is not resolving to the IP address(i.e. 123.123.123.123).
The concentrator is a cisco 3000 series. Any ideas???
