VPN Problem

Hi to all,

Is anyone here exprience same like this:

I Have 1 Main Branch that has VPN/RAS server and GRE 47 and TCP 1723 port are already open on its router. I Have 2 Remote branches 1 is connected to internet through Dynamic IP using DSL card that we bought from market and has full access for internet and 1 branch with Static IP came from ISP and uses fake ip wherein it is dependent on our VPN server to have internet. The Branch using card can connect to VPN but the BRanch with Static IP cannot and have error 800. What protocol aside from GRE and TCP 1723 needed to work my Branch with static IP? both setup can ping and traceroute our VPN they only differ in VPN connection. server is WIN2K3 with SP1 and other branch are XP with SP2
