VPN problem

Hi this Ramakrishna, i want to connect two different VPN connections from the single static IP, the problem is at a time of VPN connection1 i can able to connect with multiple users but VPN connection2 at a time only one user can able to access, suppose iam try to with another user the first user go to disconnect, i want to connect vpn2 like as a vpn1 from a single static ip.
