VPN Problem when windows vista use as incoming connection

hi myself parminder i m student of CCNA i face a problem in VPN

I m poor in english so plz try to understand what i want to ask..
when i connect my home pc from out side its connect but not reply from my pc on outside no ping nohting doing after DC it reply’s on outside pc……..
Home PC hav windows Vista Ultimate edition
and outside pc hav windows Xp Prof.
both ar 32 bit

My Router was HUAWEI MT882
i configure it succefully i know tht……. as router http and on ftp but not vpn……vpn 1723 port open and 500 port open too…
when i ask to my frnd to connect through from his pc what i see on my pc showing he was connected but in client status not connected as showing in pic a and b….

after this i install virtual pc(VPC) on my system for configure properly without any router but still same problem.
in windows firewalls enable all thing…..all ports are open.. which are needed.. for vpn
but when i configure all this in VPC on windows XP prof. all are working fine. but not in windows vista look in xp client status in figure c and d….

or uninstall this iis setting becoz in windows Xp prof. these are not installed.

Thanx….. plz help me….
