VPN remote connection through HSDPA connectivity

HI,
I am using a HSDPA Aircard device to connect with VPN remote login. The internet is working perfectly where I am facing problem with remote login. It goes till the “varifying username and password” and error to login. but i can connect with any other connectivity to login. Please advice.
