VPN Solution

I need to find a VPN solution for a small business network. Currently the network consists of a Windows 2000 server and runs an instance of SQL Server Express 2005. Clients run an application that requires access to this SQL database instance. I need some type of VPN solution on this network to give remote clients access to this SQL instance. Any ideals please?
