VPN solution

Hi All – first time poster, long time lurker here…

So I just landed a gig as a systems admin and of course my first task is to do one of the things I’m not familiar with – setting up a vpn tunnel between my company’s LAN and it’s counterpart overseas. This side is using an (basically) unmanaged Cisco switch with a 2008 server, the other using some sort of Netgear router and a 2008 server as well.

Any advice?
