VPN through westell and Linksys

Does anyone know the formal method to use a Linksys RVS4000 with a Westell 387W to integrate a secure VPN tunnel?

Eventually we will integrate the Linksys end-routers to multiple locations – Also we use static and Dynamic IP’s as well as needing a VPN Client for traveling folks.

Any info would be helpful!
