Vpn tunnel but no computer access

I have created a vpn tunnel between two remote sites using two identical linksys BEFVP41 routers. The tunnel connects between the two sites and I am able to ping and rdp into the server at the remote site and the primary computer at the site that I am at. These were the computers that were previously set up to receive incoming vpn connections using the windows vpn software. But these are the only computers that I have access to over the vpn.
Some thing is stopping me.
Any Thoughts?
