VSAT

i’d like to connect my office to the internet. The ISP’s are about 160Km away.

A ISP suggests to use VSAT.
Wanted to know of the required hardware and configuration to do soo. Scketchs are welcome. I believe VSAT is the technology involved. Could sombody also explain what a LNB is, I believe it is connected to the dish.
