W2000 Seever OS Disk

Durning the most recent reboot of our W2000 Server, errors were reported. The request was to mount the W2000 original disk in the drive. Well that was done and then the drive dicided to destroy the disk. Drive has been replaced however, I need to reproduce the Disk; W2000-Server-SP4. I looked at the Microsoft site and could not find this turkey. Any one know where or how I can download this information.

The server is runing but I would like to elimiate the boottime errors.
