W2K admin password&Novell user password

I am setting up W2KP boxes in a Novell 4.11 environment. I cant seem to find a solution to the client login of a user and the admin login for the local W2K box. I would like to have the admin password different from the users password when they login. The only work around I can come up with is creating another user having admin rights and make the client/admin account have the same password to avoid a double login? Any ideas????
