W2k and Exchange 2k Service packs

I have a Windows 2000 Server with SP2 and have Exchange 2000 on it. I am having a email issue and it says to update the W2000 Server to SP3, there is an Exchange issue that needs Exchange SP3. They are both the same server.
Any ideas on updating both of the service packs and in which order.
