W2K Audio Driver Rockwell-Conexant Modem

I am trying to lacate a W2K Audio driver for a Rockwell-Conexant external modem.

The modem installs using the standard drivers for the modem side of things, but it cannot locate a suitable Audio Driver for the modem, from all the drivers I have tried.

Any pointers as to a suitable audio-modem driver for W2K would be grattly appreciated.
