W2K – Password Change

We have just recently rolled out W2KPro to our desktops on a Novell network. The issue is that when the a user tries to change their password they get a blue screen and the machine reboots. I haven’t found anything on this issue in the TechNet Knowledgebase. Any suggestions? Anyone else have this issue?
