W2K – Problems with DOS full-screen

We run a DOS app here in the office. It runs fine on NT or 95/98, but on 2000 when we change to full-screen mode, the screen gets scrammbled and un-readable. I’ve tried loading ANSI.SYS, but to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?
