Hi,
I have given the task of drafting a simple plan to replace the current Netware server with the Windows 2000 server.
Since I’m not very technical savvy, I’m hoping someone can help me out here.
What are the Prerequisites for implementing this project?
How should I do the Installation and configuration ??
Steps that I should take to Test out this server before bring it live to the actual network?
And if everything is handy dandy, what is the correct way to have this New server deploy? and safely retire the Novell Netware server??
I’m sorry asking all these questions, I’m trying very hard to look for the answer myself as I work for a small company with a small budget. and I get to do all the work( I see it as a learning opportunity)
Any help is greatly appreciated, or point me to the right directions to ask.
