W2K TS Licensing Registration

Small problem all, sold the customer 10 ts licenses, installed them, they lost the paper work and no need to reset the license manager. Problem is i don’t have the authorization number!! The reapply already installed is not working!! Help.. who can i call ie:microsoft to pull out the information i need from the server so i can just reset it and reapply or is there another way?
