W2K & Windows 2003 Server Mixed Environment

I am currently running a 6 server W2K Server environment that includes 2 servers as Citrix boxes. I want to introduce a Windows 2003 server into the mix as a Terminal Server. This will not be a Citrix box. This box will be used to manage an ACT database. What do I need to know before I do this?
