W2K3 Fax Server Issue w/ XP

Hi All,

I have a W2K3 Standard server running the Fax Service so that my desktop users can fax from their desks. However, on XP, when a user goes to print to the shared fax, the system is telling them that the “Fax Server Information cannot be retrieved.”

How can this be resolved. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the printer and the fax services on the desktop.
