W2k3 remote desktop

On my new w2k3 server, remote desktop is not working correctly. Whenever someone other than me (I installed the os) connects remotely, it will not allow them to run exe from a network share. I can use it just fine. I have added the users (member of domain admin) to the remote desktop users group. Terminal server connection act the same way. Does anyone have any ideas?
