W2k3 Terminal Service CAL issue

I have run the Lsreport utility to review the current / temp CAL issued per device and have uncovered duplicate entries. How do I recover the duplicate CALs w/o having to purchase additional CALs? Know that eventually the CALs will expire if not used after the 90days, I believe.
