Still having problems with this virus. This is what I have done.

I have took the power supply from my modem so that I was not on the internet.

I then disable my system restore.

I ran the fix tool twice, and it did not find the virus, then enabled the system restore and connected back on to the internet. I scanned the hard drive with my Norton’s Anti virus, and everything was fine.

But when I started to get my emails it told me that I had the virus again.

How can i get rid of it.
