W3SVC Event ID 1013

I have a W2K3 server who have been showing this message on the event Viewer->System:

“A process serving application pool ‘StsAppPool1’ exceeded time limits during shut down. The process id was ‘3084’”

This last id number varies, but it always happens around the same time. Any clue what may be?
