Want an advice on CISA

I have cleared my CISA certification and I know I want to pursue a career in this field. However, I am not a technical person and I do not have experience in IT auditing. I would like to know:

1) Since I do not have the experience, what is the best way to approach companies? They all say they are looking for experienced professionals.
2) Should I take networking and other related courses, to improve my skills? I have 3 years of experience in IT project management and sales.
