Want to access our website through www.wxyz.com

Hello Friends
I have already created an intranet site which network users use to access company information. This website can access through IP like http://192.168.0.3:8080/. Our domain name is abcd.com(it is a domain on which we are already running our servers) and I want to access our website through www.wxyz.com, to resolve this issue I have configured another forward lookup zoon with the name of wxys.com, but still it is not work. I need help and instruction to resolve this issue
