Way for monitor and report on queues settings?

Hi all,
I am looking for a way to report and monitor changes done in print queues on windows OS.

We have a team setting up print queues on several servers and I have no way to report on those settings. I would like to check if all the print queues have the same settings.

Additionally would be great if some app or feature in windows would report on when the queue was installed and modified…

Does anyone have any ideas?
