WD Ethernet HDD

How do I share my WD Ethernet HDD with two wireless laptops?
I have a wireless modem on one port of a four port router, and the HDD on another port. My desktop (on anoher port of the same router) can see the networked HDD, but I can’t get the laptops to see or access it.
