web meetings

I was wondering if there is a free web meeting software that allows audio, white board, and power point capabilities. i would like to find one due to my boss not wanting to paying for travel fees. now i was looking at office live server. but to much to do since it requires sql, ad and other fun things to integrate into AD. so i am hoping someone can help me.
