Web Site Migration Instructions needed

Hello,

I currently am using a service provider that has registered 3 of my domain names and re-registers them every year. Also I am using the same provider for server space for the websites. I would like to get step by step instructions to migrate these pages to another service provider and gain control over the domain names they are registering for me as I think I can do this for significantly less $. Please let me know if there is any other info you may need.
