Webserving radiology images?

We are a 60 bed hospital currently looking into the possibility of publishing our radiology images to a webserver so that our radiologist can remotely view them. Is there anyone who has done this or knows the best possible way to do this. We are currently using the Britt system utilizing frame grabbing to pull them across an ISDN line.
