Website Upload

I was hoping someone could help me.

I want to allow visitors to my website to be able to upload files to my server.

I’m hosting the site using Win Server 2003 & II6. I’m using DynDNS. I’m building the webpages with dreamweaver.

Is there an easy way to achieve this? Do I have alternatives?
