WebSocket connection to ‘…’ failed: Error in connection establishment: net:

I have hosted and run my website on google cloud & also added proxy_pass entry in nginx config file but when I hit url it gives following error …

1) WebSocket connection failed: WebSocket is closed before the connection is established.
2) Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
