Weekly Maintenance Procedures?

I am looking for a good checklist for LAN/WAN maintenance. Does anyone have one or know of where I can find one? What do you do to maintain your network? Besides backing up the servers and users systems what else do you do? I know that you have to keep up with SP’s, virus software DAT files, but what else?
