I am having a really weird mailbox issue with Exchange 2003 running on Win2k3 SBS 03 at a clients site. The client is getting mailbox full messages. The mailboxes in question are one gig and 1.5 gig in size. I looked under their profile and they have no limits checked. I also looked at the properties on the mailbox store and they have no global limits set. Their are no polices on the server that would limit the size. Also their Information store is only 6 gigs. I tried dismounting / remounting the store and restarting the information store service. I have caching and off line folders disabled on the clients Outlook. I’m at my wits end trying to figure out why they are getting mailbox full messages. Any help would be appreciated.
