We’re looking for a new corporate antivirus solution…

We are a company of about 250 users. Strictly Windows based environment. We’re currently using Trend Micro for our A/V solution and have been somewhat disappointed. It doesn’t catch and remove all viruses. It offers no safe mode capability. It’s anti-spyware is incredibly weak.

What has worked for all of you out there? It must have a good anti-spyware as well as anti-virus and function under safe mode as well for the client side. Server side, it has to be easily manageable and dependable.
