What are the hardware & software requirements for Cloud Infrastructure?

I want to create data center for hosting Batabase and Workflow for 15 different clients (companies). The average user community for my clients is 60. I prefer to build my own infrastructure but not sure what hardware and software to consider. All my clients use Windows operating system on both servers and end-user machines. Anyone who can help with a detail list of requirements? Much appreciated.
