What are the things i can do in my lab with 150 System connected with LAN?

I will be greatful if anybody will suggest me on my question.
I am new to the networking and i know some of the concepet of networking i am a system administrator in Engineering College which has 150 Computer connected throught LAN in 3 different LABs. I would like to Configure all the practical concepts like DNS,DHCP,WebServer ISA Server,Exchange Server etc.
I will be thankful to you if anyone please suggest me and if any documentation is given so that i will start my work.
