What can be the problem

I have DELL PRECISION 670.
When I start it I have the following reaction (after the POST process):

1) 2 beeps code
2) free of led are green (A, B and C)
3) D is yellow

NB: Nothing to the monitor screen

What can be the problem and eventuelly its cause or source
