What do Middleware/Web Administrators aspires for?

I have been working in Middleware(WebSphere, WebLogic, Portal, JBoss and other Web Servers) Administration for past 5 yrs and aspires to start something of my own some day. I would like to know from all you technology veterans out there as in what kind of company i should be aiming to start considering my work experience and my interest in gaming, books and gadgets. Again, i don’t have any Software Development experience per say. I have been toiling with the idea of starting up IT Knowledge Consultancy, Learning Mobile Computing and then develop Mobile Game App and so on…
